A Few Representative Testimonials

"My time with Tom has truly transformed me, and my leadership style.  Tom challenges me to think deeply about my approach, relationships, and the culture we’re creating. The “new” me leads with questions, not answers. It has been a magical shift for me.  And I love it.  I want to invest more in this continuous learning. When Tom is coaching me, I feel like the most important person in his life. He creates a safe space for me to explore and be vulnerable."

Leadership Team Member - Seafood Industry

"What I most value from Tom facilitating a Core Values Index team development workshop for the Simplicity staff is that we each got a much better understanding of ourselves and each other’s core strengths. We learned a common language that we continue to use, and the training continues to have value long after the event as I consider matching the individual's strengths to each role for maximum contribution and happiness. Tom is an engaging, thoughtful and very knowledgeable leader that can help take any team to the next level.  We value him so much we plan to have him conduct a refresher Core Values Index workshop on a regular basis as a team building activity."
