I'm an ICF Credentialed Leadership Coach, specializing in helping you navigate the "interpersonal challenges" of leadership. Wherever you fall on the organizational chart, you have the potential to be an influential leader in your context. My role isn't to tell you what to do and how to do it, but to partner with you to co-create action steps toward your personal and professional vision.
I am also a speaker and workshop presenter on all issues related to workplace dynamics, communication, listening skills, developing an authentic leadership presence, workplace stress, and non-anxious leadership. I'm happy to work with you or your organziation to tailor a specific workshop or presentation on any of these themes.
My vocational background includes having been a Presbyterian pastor for over 20 years. This has given me a wealth of experience in dealing with the above issues, and my coaching practice has given me broad experience in a variety of organizations (including high tech, medical, academic, religious, professional services, construction, government contracting, and more).
